Guarantee, Return Policy & Procedure

We stand behind our products, and want to make sure every customer is completely satisfied. All Boots are guaranteed for quality of materials and workmanship.  If there is any issue with the workmanship, or the quality of materials (excluding abuse or normal wear and tear). Call in advance for a Return Authorization Number, please retain your original receipt to help ensure an exchange or refund. Merchandise may be returned to us, or the manufacturer depending on the reason for the return. Please contact us at 1-866-850-3434 before returning a product for instructions on where to send, and to receive your Return Authorization Number.  Sorry, international orders cannot be returned.

Shipping & Procedure

Firehouse Footwear, LLC ships most U.S. orders via UPS Ground, United States Postal Service or FedEx Ground.  We can expedite an order if you contact us and request faster service.

In keeping costs down, we currently have a flat rate for shipping, which does not typically cover our cost of shipping – $10.95 for one pair of boots, and any 2 pair of boots ships FREE.

International orders are shipped by United States Postal Service on an individual basis.  Please email us with your order request, and we will calculate the international shipping for your approval before the order is placed.

Offline Ordering

We accept mail in orders.  You can place your order by calling  1-866-850-3434 (toll free), and mailing in your payment by check or money order to Firehouse Footwear, LLC, 33361 S. Cattle Tank Road, Marana, Arizona 85658.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
